Joint Announcement - Tembec / Lignum
2006-02-01 — Tembec Industries Inc. and Lignum Forest Products LLP are pleased to announce that they have entered into a joint marketing and sales agreement covering up to 125 million fbm of Tembec MSR products. Lignum will sell these products primarily to truss manufacturers located in the western United States while Tembec and Lignum will cooperate on marketing initiatives with regard to market and product development.

"Our network of over 20 distribution facilities in the western United States will result in improved distribution and service of Tembec products to our customer base. Our existing partnership with Pope & Talbot will provide a complimentary volume and mix of products in key market segments."
